Minnesota Vikings star RB Adrian Peterson wants to change his number from 28 to 23, but he has been informed that to do so, he must buy up the current inventory of #28 jerseys that have been made for retailers, at a cool price tag of nearly $1 million.

Agree with Peterson here; he makes all this money for the NFL and their merchandisers by being one of the top selling jerseys in the first place; yet he is supposed to pay just to change his number? I can see OchoCinco being okay with that, because he's an idiot who has no idea how to manage money, but I digress. In any event, Peterson is sticking with #28, for now.
