Coach Pagano appears to have added former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians to the same position on his Colts coaching staff, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
I have to say, I like the make-up of this staff thus far. In Pagano and Arians, you have guys from proven, winning franchises that play hard-nosed football. We could be seeing a completely different Colts team in the next couple of years, strictly from a toughness standard.
