Buzz is that Caldwell will be gone soon........which means, who should the Colts pick for these spots BEFORE they make THE pick?
Per Irsay press conference, Caldwell's fate will be decided after the new GM is hired. In other words, the new GM's first task is to fire Caldwell and hire a new coach. No pressure.
